Christine and I have now moved in to the vicarage, and are already feeling "at home" – although there are still a few boxes and things to sort out of course. We are so grateful for the welcome we have received: for the preparation of the vicarage in terms of cleaning, the lovely new curtains, the raking of leaves and mowing of lawns; for the gifts of flowers, biscuits, preserves, and pantry items; for messages and cards of greeting. Thank you all!
The Government’s decision on Monday as to the shape of Level 2 was not quite what we expected, so we are having to think again. We are developing a plan as to how we respond and proceed under the present restrictions, and will communicate that shortly.
