Welcome to St Peter's

Keeping Healthy as we move in to week four of lockdown

Continue to connect with others – by phone, across the computer.

Notice the beauty in the world and your home:

  • Plants
  • Birds
  • Sunshine or rain
  • Mindfulness
  • Thank someone for their kindness
  • List the things you are grateful for

Be active, even in small ways, whatever you can manage.

Find ways to give:

  • Compliments
  • Thanks
  • Check in with others.

Find ways to keep learning:

  • Stay curious
  • Engage with the world around you

Spend time with nature:

  • Bring some nature indoors
  • Chat with your pot plants
  • Tame time to listen (with less traffic around it is a great opportunity!)
  • Open the windows regularly.

Keep taking your regular medication

Stick to your usual routine (eat, sleep, exercise, get dressed at your usual times)

Explore different ways to relax (reading, music, crafts, journalling)

Don’t overdose on the news broadcasts (it might freak you out).

If you are unwell for any reason, seek medical advice.
